Review of Oppo A57 at a Glance:-Oppo is launching the smartphone mostly emphasising on the Selfie camera, in this series they again launched the mid-range smartphone Oppo A57 with features like 5.2 inches HD Display, Android v6.0 Marshmallow OS, Snapdragon 435 Chipset, 13 MP Primary | 16 MP secondary camera, 32 GB Internal 256 GB SD Card Support, 3 GB RAM and 2900 mAh battery.
Design like iPhone
We observe that Oppo is brand continuously taking the design idea from the iPhone, this handset also looks like the shade of iPhone. It has metallic built, the corners are gently curved. with only 7.7 inches slim profile and 147 of weight it is easy to carry and hold. If we talk about the location of keys we found volume rockers on the left side while power key is on the right along with card slots. other remaining things like 3.5 mm audio jack, speaker grille and micro USB slot are located on the bottom and Top is plain.
High Definition Display
Under the mid-range budget, it is slightly annoying to see a 720p HD display with low 282ppi of display density (as compared to other Chinese counterpart brands). it has 5.2 inches display and we are at least expecting FHD Display. However, it is not a poor display but it could be better. The graphical media looks good but not sharp and vibrant as AMOLED. The good news about its screen is that it is protected with the Corning Gorilla Glass 4.
Made for Selfie
The camera is an area where this phone will give you the value of your money, more specifically front 16 MP camera that has f/2.0 aperture that helps in providing more light to your focus object of the Camera, you can also able to produce Bokeh Effect that makes photos more beautiful by artistic blur. 13 MP Primary camera is not a powerful feature to praise about but you can take a decent photography in daytime, that is quite average or Slightly above average.
Good But Not Powerful CPU
Everyone loves a smooth running smartphone, to perform all the task with minimum or no hassle there is need of a processor that can handle these tasks efficiently. this handset offered to the customer with Qualcomm MSM8940 Snapdragon 435 Octa-core processor having 1.4 GHz Cortex-A53 clock speed. Although it is entry level processor of Qualcomm but can handle multitasking with ease, but not designed to run the heavy games with the high graphical setting. for a typical user, it is fine to live with this processor but the heavy user should go for above 6xx or 8xx version of the Snapdragon Chipset.
Its 2900 mAh battery again made us little disappointed, it is not standing anywhere in front of Lenovo and Xiaomi phones which are launching the phone with 4000+ mAh. This is not actually bad but you can only stand in competition when you have something better than the competitor. This battery runs quite balanced for one day for a moderate user.
